Analýza pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců vybrané střední školy

Abstract

The subject of this Bachelor's thesis is analysis and assessment of the level of employee's satisfaction of selected secondary school. This thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part are mentioned theoretical findings and concepts of satisfaction and motivation in a workplace. Practical part of the thesis focuses on characteristics of given organisation and individual factors of job satisfaction in the Secondary Vocational School. The current state of the school is examined on the basis of a surveys and semistructured interviews with the employees. Based on the results suggestions and recommendations will be handed out to help ensure a betterment of working experience in the school.
