Zhodnocení finančního zdraví stavebního podniku

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnotit finanční zdraví u stavebního podniku. Vyhodnotit finanční situaci firmy pomocí horizontální a vertikální analýzy, následně využít výsledné hodnoty poměrových ukazatelů k aplikaci metody benchmarkingu ke srovnání s největším konkurenčním podnikem v oblasti betonáren a navrhnout opatření pro budoucí dobré fungování společnosti. Teoretická část vychází z odborné literatury, objasňuje základní pojmy a metody srovnání finančního zdraví podniku. Aplikační část se zabývá charakteristikou firmy MERKO CZ, a.s., následnou horizontální a vertikální analýzou. Důležitou část zabírají poměrové ukazatele a bonitní a bankrotní modely. Pomocí těchto ukazatelů byla firma MERKO CZ, a.s. porovnána s využitím metody benchmarkingu s největším konkurentem. Provedeno je také porovnání obou firem pomocí nefinančních ukazatelů.

The goal of the thesis is to evaluate the financial condition of the construction company. The evaluation is carried out with horizontal and vertical analysis. The obtained ratio indicators are to be applied for benchmarking with the most important competing concrete plant. The suggestion for future development of the company is to be drawn up. The theoretical part draws from special library, explaining the basic terms and methods for financial comparing. The application part gives details of MERKO CZ a.s., and horizontal and vertical analysis. The ratio indicators, bankruptcy and quality models are important parts. With their help is MERKO CZ a.s., compared with the biggest rival in the business. Both companies are compared with non financial ratios as well.
