Abstract
The thesis is focused on the typology of customer on the market of internet banking. The aim of the research is to odentify and define consumers attitudes towards internet and mobile banking. Research is used survey. On the basis of analyzed attitudes is created typology of customer on the market of internet banking. Individual types are characterized.
