Nové technologie kování den pro parogenerátory jaderných elektráren

Abstract

The theme of this work is new technologies of forging bottoms for steam generators of nuclear power plants. The objective is to verify the application of the new technologies of forging bottoms for steam generators of nuclear power plants. In the theoretical part there are described the technological procedures of the production of bottoms which are used at present time and there is also indicated the composition of steels which are used in production of the steam generators included the impact on properties of this steel. Moreover there is also the description of the mechanical properties, which this steel must reach. In the practical part there are presented the newly developed technologies that are the subject of our research. There are recorded the computer simulations, hot testing, metallographic testing and research of mechanical properties. The result are the values of mechanical and metallographic tests.
