Abstract

This thesis is concerned with marketing research of resources of competitive advantages useing steel components in building houses. The thesis was developed in conditions of RD Styl a.s. The aim is to define new sources of competitive advantages of the use of steel elements. To achieve the targets were chosen following methods: SWOT analysis of the company, value analysis, functional analysis of steel, together with methods of marketing research. In the conclusion is presented and implemented outcome of the analyzes.
