Abstract

This bachelor thesis describes my practice of ABB s.r.o. At the beginning of my thesis I deal with the description of ABB s.r.o. and my job. I also describe my involvement and tasks that I have been assigned to work on a project for a transnational corporation dealing with oil and natural gas processing and extraction that consisted of conversion of oil platform visualization. Subsequently, I deal with the topic of my professional practice by acquainting with the IEC61850 communication protocol, creating and uploading the ABB REF615 configuration, creating a communication configuration using the IEC61850 and connecting it to the PLC AC800M.
