Abstract

This thesis deals with making laboratory task in Czech and English language focusing on filtration of biological signals. The thesis includes processing software in MATLAB development environment. Program provides visualisation of signals obtained from VSB-TUO BMENG Data Acquisition Unit and following filtration with FIR and IIR filters with adjustable frecquency range of band pass and posibility to filtrate AC hum. Program enables to compare power density spektrum of original and filtered signal by Fourier transform anp parametric methods.
