Návrh zástavby rozvojové plochy v obci Střítež

Abstract

Obsahem a cílem bakalářské práce je snaha navrhnout řešení zástavby rodinnými domy v rozvojové lokalitě obce Střítež. Lokalita je v majetku obce, nachází se v centru obce v bezprostřední blízkosti obecního úřadu. Plynule navazuje na právě probíhající výstavbu nových rodinných domů. Dvě varianty jsou navrženy na základě vlastního průzkumu území, konzultace s vedením obce a jejich záměrem o zahrnutí této lokality do nového územního plánu jako plochy pro individuální bydlení – BI, na kterou území navazuje, v souladu s urbanistickými a také technickými podmínkami. Pro jednu, ze dvou variant zástavby je pak navrhnuté řešení technické a dopravní infrastruktury včetně propočtu nákladů.

Content and aim of the thesis is to suggest the solution of family house buildings in the development area of the village Střítež. The site is owned by village and located in the center of the village near the municipal office. It fluently follows up the ongoing construction of new houses. Two variants are designed based on an own research of the area, consultation with the municipal leadership of the village and their intention to include this site into a new urban plan as areas for living in harmony with urban and technical conditions. For one of the two variants of the build-up area there is then elaborated a detailed solution of the technical and transport infrastructure, including the costing.
