Komparace managementu fotbalových klubů

Abstract

This degree project focuses on football scene, concrete pointing out financial problems and management of football clubs. The project was realized by comparison of two football clubs. For comparison was chosen teams FC ŽĎAS Žďár nad Sázavou, playing in Moravskoslezská Division D and FC Slovácká Sparta Spytihněv, playing in regional championship of Zlín. The project may bring for managers of monitored clubs subjects and recommendations to elimination the deficiencies and improvement the perfections.
