This thesis consists of two parts and concerns about design of a family house for four person family. The first part deals with overall concept and realization of the building construction according to documentation for implementation. Main focus is on design of the building's heating system. An employment of alternative source of energy has been currently emphasized besides minimizing building's energy dependence. Therefore a heat pump is predicted in this project as the main heat source. Thesis also deals with concept of a hydronic floor heating and heating of pool water.
