Návrh opatření a stavebních úprav snižující nehodovost na křižovatce silnice III/4721 (Michálkovická), s ulicí Hladnovskou a Keltičkovou v Ostravě

Abstract

From the location of traffic accidents is evident that the most serious accidents have happened at the crossing of the main road, Michálkovická street. Time of accidents is spread during the whole day, so we can´t say that ussual factor of cause of the accident is the dense traffic. In my opinion should the accident reduction measures give a clear information to traffic participants about nearby the junction and participants should react to this situation by reducing speed and increasing caution. Together the proposed measures must respect all traffic users and walkers and be capacitive enough also for the prospective period.
