Návrh aktivního - pasivního chlazení výkonových LED

Abstract

This baccalaureate work is about optoelectronics field which deals new functions of LED diodes and their structure, used new materials, trend to manufacture the power of the LEDS. The product part is measuring parameters (spectrum of emitted light, the light power P / I character) especially, it focus their change with changing temperature. The mission is design and realization measurment preparation to keep the set temperature in the box where is placed LED diode, possibility to controles current passing through the LED in the forward direction and temperature measurements simultaneously on three separate sensors to their PC and transfer them to the archive file.
