Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to review the possibilities of retrofitting various surface-mounted luminaires, specifically the surface-mounted luminaire by EMOS spol. s r.o. The first part of this thesis is focused on the comparison of individual light sources by means of multicriterial analysis and the theoretical consideration of possible effects of individual retrofits on the luminaire, respectively the lighting system. It points out the downsides and benefits of the retrofitting process.
A series of measurements was made to determine the retrofitting suitability of a given light source. These measurements are described and evaluated in the second part of the thesis. The series include measurements of specific light sources in an integrating sphere, utilizing a goniophotometer and a luminance analyzer, and the same measurements in the case of luminaires being fitted with these light sources. These measurements are divided into individual subchapters. The final evaluation of the measurements is based on the theoretical research contained in the first part of the thesis. The purpose of this thesis is to determine the suitability of individual light sources for the retrofitting process.
