Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis "Evaluating Employee Benefits System in a selected company" is the analysis of the system of providing employee benefits in the selected company. Providing employee benefits is almost a matter of course today, but with increasing competition in the market, employee benefits are even more important. The diploma thesis is divided into several parts. The theoretical part describes the concepts of motivation, motivation theory and employee benefits based on the study of professional publications. The practical part analyzes the employee benefits of the selected company AGA24, s.r.o. In the framework of this diploma thesis there are created proposals a suggestions, which are used as a basis the results of the survey.
