Abstract

The goal of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation for the construction according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by No. 62/2013 Coll. on construction documentation for the residential building in Ostrava. This project documentation is prepared according to the attached study and consists of technical part and drawing part. The subject of this work is a new residential building, which is located in Ostrava and will be used for permanent living. The work also comprises of a thermal technical assessment of peripheral structures according, energy label of the building envelope and static calculation of the reinforced concrete staircase, including the reinforcement drawing.
