Návrh komunikace zaměstnanců generace Z ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on the communication of employees in the selected company who fall into the age group of generation Z. The theoretical part provides a basic overview of the specifics of individual generations from 1945 to the present. Due to these specifics, the types and styles of communication of generations are presented in the work, including internal communication, which is carried out within the organization. The theory is then implemented in the analytical part. The analysis was carried out through a questionnaire solution with employees from the selected organization, these results were then supplemented by semi-structured interviews. The results of the investigation led to proposals to improve internal communication.
