Abstract
Diploma thesis is focused on analysis of selection and adaptation of employees in the selected company. First part of thesis is devoted to explain basic terms, processes and methods, which lead to a better understanding this specific issue. Analysis of current state of processes of selection and adaptation employees is in the beginning of practical part. This part also contains questionnaire survey on a selected sample of employees. Proposals and recommendations are based on evaluated questionnaire survey.
