Abstract
The aim of thesis is to analyze existing processes of employee selection and adaptation in selected organization, reveal any deficiencies in mentioned processes and to make proposals and recommendations for their elimination. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical-methodological part and application-verification part. In the theoretical-methodological part of the thesis are firstly described the methodology and the various methods used in the processing of the thesis, then the theoretical basis related to the issue of employee selection and adaptation. In the second application-verification part is firstly characterized the selected organization. Afterwards there is description and analysis of existing processes of employee selection and adaptation in the organization. All the necessary data for creation of this part are obtained through interviews with staffing manager, personal observation and questionnaire survey. The outcome of this thesis are made proposals and recommendations, that could lead to the elimination of deficiencies identified during analysis and to improve and refine existing processes of employee selection and adaptation in the selected organization.
