Implementace World Class Manufacturing v hutním provozu

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je implementace metody WCM v organizaci hutního průmyslu. V teoretické části je představena metoda WCM, její historie, metodologie a popis všech deseti pilířů metody WCM. V závěru této části je popis nástrojů WCM a hodnocení implementace této metody. V praktické části je představen podnik ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. a specifika implementace v dané organizaci. Je zde podrobně popsána implementace pilíře autonomní údržby, její zhodnocení a návrhy na zlepšení.

Diploma work target is implementation of WCM methodology in organizations of metallurgical industry WCM method is presented in theoretical part, also its history, methodology and description of all ten pillars of WCM. At the end of this chapter, there is description of WCM tools and evaluation of this method implementation. In Practical part of diploma work, is introduced company ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. and specific implementation in given organization. There is detaily described implementation of autonomous maintenance pillar implementation, evaluation and proposals for further improvements.
