Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with image analysis of LC - language school, s.r.o. LC - Language School, s.r.o. has been operating on the Czech language school market since 2008. It has its headquarters in the town of Prostějov, where two more language schools are on the market. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out what is the image of LC - language schools, s.r.o., which services are of greatest interest and which factors are important for the customer when choosing a language school. A method of quantitative research in the form of written questioning was used to collect data. Research has shown that the image of a language school brand is rather positive, as customers consider it familiar and affordable. At the end of the bachelor thesis there are suggestions and recommendations for LC - language school.
