Abstract

The thesis composes of three parts. The first part concerning the theoretical themes connected to hospital services, providing the view not only on the hospitals in the Czech Republic but also in the international context. Then it focus on factors formulation which influence the trend in hospital health care delivery on both sites, either on the patient´s side or on the provider´s side. Then, it deals with trends which can greatly impact the service development that is provided under health care. In the second part, it described the most important principles for organization and ensuring the financial resources in health care. Finally in the third part, the money management of the Hospital in Frydek-Mistek, state-founded institution, in 2008-2011 is analysed. At the end of the thesis it is stated that the aim was fulfilled and the hypothesis were confirmed.
