Abstract
The work deals with the impact of human capital on economic growth in the Czech Republic. First defined theoretical basis of human capital and economic growth and also describes the situation of human capital and economic growth in the Czech Republic. Next, create your own econometric model, which seeks to demonstrate the positive impact of human capital on economic growth in the Czech Republic.
