Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou hodnocení a řízení pracovního výkonu zaměstnanců a její aplikací na vybranou společnost. Konkrétně se jedná o společnost Bekaert, s. r. o. V úvodu práce je stanovení cílů, který má být dosaženo. První kapitola se věnuje stručnému objasnění teorie hodnocení a řízení pracovního výkonu zaměstnanců. Tato část je rozdělená zvlášť na hodnocení a řízení. V druhé kapitole diplomové práce se nachází charakteristika vybrané společnosti. Třetí část obsahuje analýzu současného stavu hodnocení a řízení pracovního výkonu ve zvolené společnosti. Je zde detailně rozebrána situace ve firmě. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou návrhy a doporučení, které se snaží o zlepšení a lepší efektivitu současného stavu ve společnosti. Poslední část shrnuje celou diplomovou práci a uvádí, zda bylo dosaženo stanovených cílů.

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation and performance management of staff and its application to the chosen company. Specifically, the company Bekaert, Ltd. In the beginning is setting goals to be achieved. The first chapter is devoted to a brief explanation of theory evaluation and performance management of staff. This section is broken down separately for evaluation and management. In the second chapter of this thesis is characteristic of the selected company. The third section contains an analysis and evaluation of the current state of performance management in the selected companies. There is a detailed analysis of the situation in the company. In the fourth chapter are suggestions and recommendations that seek to improve efficiency and improve the status quo in society. The last part summarizes the whole thesis and indicates whether the objectives have been achieved.
