Abstract
The thesis deals with satisfaction and engagement of employees older than 50 years in a selected metallurgical organization. The theoretical part is devoted to defining the concept , the most noted theories of motivation and job satisfaction and general characteristics of employees older than 50 years. The applied part of this work contains description of applied methods, data evaluation and processing. In conclusion of this thesis are proposed recommendations to improvement job satisfaction of employees older than 50 years.
