Abstract

The aim of my thesis is to analyse the perception of a company on the education market. I chose an electronic questionnaire to reach a specific aim, which should find out opinions of a particular issue of perception of current and potential customers of a company TEMPO TRAINING & CONSULTING, a. s. Following the executed research several factors of insufficient cooperation and suggested improvements in areas which clients perceived as negative have been defined. In the theoretical part, there is an introduction to a company TEMPO TRAINING & CONSULTING, a. s., containing my description of a theoretical basis within the brand image, perception and education. Analytical part contains sights into the course of marketing research, an analysis and interpretation of ascertained dates, and consequential suggestions and recommendation for eliminating the causes of negative perception. On my thesis I closely cooperated with the company.
