Abstract

The thesis is focused on the posibility using aquatic organisms in biological testing. First chapter is focused on the subject of water protection and its legislation. Describes posible waste water polutants, selected toxic substances and their compounds. The second chapter describes commonly used biotests according to valid legislation. The following chapter concentrates primary on the detailed description of aquatic organisms tests. The last chapter pay attention to endocrine disruptors and identification them in waste water treatment facility. In the end is recapitulation with the observation of the author.
