Využití programu česko-polské přeshraniční spolupráce regionálními organizacemi Hranicka

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to describe, analyze and evaluate the implementation of the Czech-Polish cross-border cooperation implemented by three regional organizations in Hranice, focusing on specific cooperation projects. The theoretical part is devoted to EU’s regional policy, its definition and itself focus on programming period 2007-2013, especially Objective 3 European Territorial Cooperation, which defines cross-border cooperation. The following chapter includes description and explanation of the principle of operation regional organizations in Hranice. The chapter specifies organizational structure, realized projects and provided services. The practical part of the bachelor’s thesis focuses on a specific form of Czech-Polish cross-border cooperation, which is performed by three regional organizations in Hranice, based on implementation of three cooperation projects. Individual projects will be presented from project identification to its funding. In conclusion we will state particular findings and results of cooperation which was arrived by writing up of the bachelor’s thesis.
