Abstract

The purpose of this work is short circuits evaluation and protection settings in substation of E3 Energetika Třinec. This document includes a theoretical analysis of the calculation performed on the basis of ČSN EN 60909-0. Further, it describes the actual configuration of networks and distribution points, including all possible operational variants of their power supply, which are described in the attached appendices. In next parts of the work, there are performed calculations of maximum and minimum short-circuit flows. Various options are summarized in the well-arranged tables. These values subsequently serve for evaluation of the substation short-circuit stability and settings of the short-circuit protections.
