Procesní analýza skladu hotových výrobků MSV Metal Studénka, a.s.

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is process analysis of finished products in MSV Metal Studénka a.s. Thesis includes a theoretical part, which is focused on summarizing the latest findings from warehouse logistics and business process management. In the practical part business processes taking place at the dispatch hall are analysed, including used handling techniques and information systems. In the last part of the thesis the business process map is made. The most important problem areas are identified with the proposals of measures leading to the elimination of found problems.
