Management klubu stolního tenisu

Abstract

In my bachelor work i outlined table tennis organization KST Robot Mokré Lazce partly in terms of management, in terms of sport and last but not least in terms of way they are financed. Work charakterizes organizational structure of the club, including legal nature of the organization. Work also includes the way the club receives funds to cover the season and how to manage these resources. Followed by a detailed description of the advertising space club that KST offers for rent. In the final part of my work is SWOT analysis. I assessed the facts established and provided suggestions that could contribute to improving the financial situation of the club.
