Zhodnocení pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on job satisfaction of employees in a selected organization. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine the job satisfaction of employees with the conditions of the working environment - noise, temperature at the workplace, working hours, cleaning at the workplace, catering options, job description, workplace relations, currently set wage system and benefits. The theoretical part is focused on concepts in the field of job satisfaction, working conditions and employee remuneration. The practical part consists of a description of the selected organization and job satisfaction research. The research is carried out through a questionnaire survey and its sample consists of 19 respondents. In areas with which employees are dissatisfied, solutions have been suggested, which can increase their job satisfaction.
