Revitalizace areálu bývalých Dukelských kasáren v Opavě

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem na revitalizaci areálu bývalých Dukelských kasáren v Opavě. Analyzuje problematiku určitého brownfields a jeho možné využití v dnešní době. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol. Teoretická část zahrnuje historii města, areálu a další všeobecné informace. V analytické části jsou rozebírány problémy týkající se přímo daného areálu kasáren. Součástí kapitoly jsou provedené analýzy technické a dopravní infrastruktury. Na základě získaných informací a provedených analýz se třetí část diplomové práce zabývá návrhem na revitalizaci areálu. V práci je použito primárních dat z literárních a internetových zdrojů.

The thesis deals with the plan for a revitalization of the compound of the former Dukla Barracks in Opava. It analyzes the issues of a specific brownfield and it´s possible use in the present day. The thesis is divided into three main chapters. The theoretical part is about the history of the city, the compound and other theoretical information. The analytical part deals with the problems which are specific to the barracks themselves. The analysis of the technical and transport infrastructure is the part of this chapter. The third part of the thesis concerns with the plan for the revitalization of the compound which is based on the gained information and performed analysis. Literature and internet sources were used as a primary source of data for the thesis.
