Abstract
This Thesis deals with global environmental problems and the role of the Molluscs in a human diet in the Central European region. The main aims of the Thesis are familiarizes environmetal problems leading to the chronical malnutrition, famine and reasons of the starvation. The causes reasons for example are climate changes, using natural sources up, degradation the soil. The Thesis have mainly focused on the meaning of the expression „The food of a new type“, my the own research was focused on a public opinion on it and getting any information.
Another part of the Thesis describes global food´s problems of the population since the prehistory till the present it includes serious problems as starvation, wasting of food, as well as obesity. It emphazises the importance of international organizations fighting with the global nutrition problems. The new thinking and changes in taking meal brings „The food of a new type“ which was not used and eaten before because there was no interest to do it. This food is made by an unorthodox technologies (nanotechnologie) got from the exotic species of plants and animals. Invertebrates could be an important part of nourishment as well as alternative source of nourishment in the Central Europan region. So, this way understanding the Molluscs are significant part of „The food of a new type“ and plays a role in a diet of human. This is the main resason why the Molluscs should be protected not only using as a food also like the medicine, for the cosmetic products and avoid the critical feeding situation.The most important part of the thesis is my own research. The questionaire survey was used as the scientifical method to get relevat results. There way set up the 7 basic hypothesis. The questionnaire was sent to 311 respondents. The main goals of the Questionnaire were to get the public overview of the knowledge, opinion and understanding about the global problem as the starving. How the respondents can understand the importance of this topic and using the Mulluscs as the food alternative in human life.
