Abstract

The Bachelor thesis contains the marketing research of the motivation and emoloyees satisfaction that has been realized in selected company by the survey. The result of this survey will be suggestions leading to improvement of employees satisfaction. The thesis is devided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes basic principle of motivation and employee satisfaction. The practical part contains a review of motivation and satisfaction in selected company. Based on the survey I will try to suggest arrangements for improvement of present situation in this selected company.
