Zlepšení procesu řízení dodavatelů u výrobce zdravotnických komponent

Abstract

This diploma thesis named as “Improvement of Supplier Management at Medical Components Producer“ is focused on the problem of the supplier management in a real company. The goal of this thesis is an analysis and judgment of existing supplier management system and a propose of the potential improvement of weaknesses. In the beginning the existing system is analyzed. Based on the SWOT analysis of this topic several solutions for improving of the supplier management process are proposed. Some proposals are applied and the results are compared with the current system results. The remaining proposals are only mentioned and not applied due to the time limitation.
