Vliv etického jednání sportovního manažera na jeho úspěšnost

Abstract

The work first focuses on the issue of sports management and the sports manager, defines the individual competencies, skills and personality of the manager. In the next part, ethics, sports ethics and managerial ethics are defined. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to find out what effect ethical behavior has on the success of a sports manager through theoretical knowledge and results from a questionnaire survey. The results of the questionnaire survey are evaluated and interpreted. At the end, the results are discussed and certain recommendations and improvement of ethical conduct for managers and management are suggested.
