Abstract

This thesis deals with the current legislation of employmet contracts and agreements on work performed outside an employment relationship and how they are dealt in an concrete company. The first part focuses on the regulation of employment contracts and agreements, the practical part is describing them in the business practice. In conclusion of the practical part after the comparison of employment contracts and agreements on working aktivity at the company with current legislation there are designed some possible changes.
