Abstract
The thesis is focused on the design of the implementation of a new measuring
device into the production process. The stated goal was achieved by completing the
individual steps that were defined for this thesis. The first step was to perform an analysis
of the current state of the art in quality control. The next step was to program the
procedures for the new measuring equipment so that routine measurements could be
performed. This was verified by standard measurements. Finally, an analysis of the
measurement systems was carried out.
