Řízení nákladů v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis looks into cost management within the industrial company XY, Inc., the greatest producer of plastic cards in the Czech Republic. The bachelor thesis consists of six chapters, which are divided into subsections. The first part of the thesis introduces a basic characteristics of the company, it is history, evolution, organization, structure, economic situation and a brief description of the production procesess. Futhermore, the process of plastic card production is desribed in detail. In the next part covers the analysis of production costs. Last of all, this paper presents recommendations for improving the cost management and it is reduction, resulting from the analysis of production costs.
