Křižovatka silnic II/648 a III/4733h v obci Dobrá

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the road safety at the intersection of roads II/648 and III/4733h in the village Dobrá and to assess the state of the current and newly proposed design. The components of this thesis include the analysis of the structural and technical condition of the intersection, traffic accidents, conflict situations, as well as the identification and evaluation of traffic intensities, the calculation of capacities, both the current state and the prospective intensities for the year 2042. In the next part, a drawing part for two new solutions with situational models is prepared using PTV VISSIM and AutoCAD with extensions. With these programs, we will verify that the new solution is correct and meets both safety and traffic flow requirements. The aim of this work is to propose a solution that would allow sufficient traffic flow and safety at the given intersection.
