Příprava realizace stavby zadaného objektu.

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro výstavbu třípodlažního částečně podsklepeného bytového domu s osmi bytovými jednotkami. Bytový dům se skládá z bytových prostor v rámci prvního až třetího nadzemního podlaží a nebytových prostor, které jsou umístěny v suterénu. Součástí projektu je bezbariérový přístup do bytového domu a navržení bytové jednotky pro obyvatele s omezenou schopností orientace a pohybu. Zpracovaná dokumentace je rozdělena na dvě části. Část pozemní stavby a část technologie. V části pozemní stavby jsou řešeny stavební výkresy a kompletní projektová dokumentace stavby pro provádění novostavby bytového domu. V technologické části bakalářské práce je vypracována kompletní projektová dokumentace stavby. V další části je řešen technologický postup dílčí etapy zdění systému POROTHERM, na kterou navazuje rozpočet a harmonogram této dílčí etapy. Součástí této práce je také vypracovaná technická zpráva pro zařízení staveniště.

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is project development of housing construction free-floors and there is participally cellar and eight housing units. The block of flats composed of housing premises within the frame of the first to the third overhead floor and non-residential premises which are located in basement. The unbarrier entrance is a part of this project to the block of flats and proposion of the housing unit for inhabitants with partial ability and movement.

This processed documentation is divided to the two parts. The first part is ground construction and the second part is technology. In the part of ground construction there are solved architectural drawings and complete project documentation of building for construction lately erected building of block of flats. In the technological part of this bachelor thesis is processed complete documentation of building. In the other part there is solved technological procces next process of walling of the system POROTHERM and on this part budget and progress chart is connected. The technical elaborated report is part of this thesis for equipment building site.
