Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with education policy in the European Union. Emphasizes influence of lifelong learning and proffesional training which have significant impact on economic grow and employement. Chapter one describes new strategy Europe 2020 and its targets – smart grow, sustainable grow and inclusive grow. Seven key initiatives these targets strengthen. Special attention is devoted to initiative ,,Youth on the move´´. Second charter focuses on Comenius Programme and its sub-programmes. Practical part is focused on analysis of participated czech schools in selected Comenius activities. Last chapter describes basic steps to realization of Programme Comenius – School Partnership and introduces example of succesful project.
