Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with intellectual property rights.

Theoretical part is focused on legislation related to this issue in the Czech Republic and on system of intellectual property protection.

Practical part of the thesis deals with application theory into the practice. Concretely, it is about the intellectual property protection in the business company Aquatrading s.r.o. after current system has been evaluated I recommend such steps leading to improvement of this system in the future.
