Abstract

The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to get acquainted with the process of printed circuit board production using the milling method and to document the whole process. This work basically serves as a guide, which contains the most important points for successful PCB production. The core software for this process is the Percival program and the Galaad program, in this work these programs are described. The documentation also includes a description of the procedure for generating production data from Eagle and KiCad programs.

This manual is written mainly for the school milling machine, which is located in room E 316, specifically the Technodrill 3 model from the French company C.I.F., Galaad software was also supplied with this machine.
