Abstract

The main content of this work is the practical implementation of auto-configuration system, which greatly facilitate the users to work with the actual configuration of IP phones. There I had lent Grandstream GXP 2120 IP phone. Configuration files for individual manufacturers differ in their format and structure, so the system is currently compatible with Grandstream phones. In the graphical environment, the user will be able to choose all the necessary user and nonuser settings. Once the desired IP phone connects to the network, gets an IP address, there is a firmware update and subsequent auto configure. In the first part of this work deals with the structural elements of the system and describing currently the most commonly used IP phones. In the second part, deals with the main implementation of the auto-configuration system.
