The subject of this Bachelor’s thesis is construction project fot Apartment building with green roof in Ostrava. Project is developed in the phase of project documentation for construction implementation. The Apartment building is five-story building with brick wall construction system and two green roofs. The proposed object will fulfill residential purposes with the possible use of ground floor spaces for commercial purposes of an administrative nature. The bachelor's thesis contains a technical report on the construction part, project documentation in the phase of project documentation for construction implementation, thermal and technical assessment of building’s structures, assessment of acoustic properties of structures and static calculation and assessment of a continuous reinforced concrete slab for the green roof.
