Abstract

Bachelor´s thesis is focused on set up of business plan for internet shop named krmivovýhodně.cz. Through this E-shop krmivovýhodně.cz will be realized sell of feeds, vitamins, and supllements for pets. Aim of this thesis is build a real business plan, which will be used for company internal informations, but it will be used for bank loan as well. Making of this business plan company will get wider view about their own possibilities, but also if it is real implement this business oportunity. Within executed analysis are being found out all factors, which are influencing or could influence business activities of entrepreneur . Build financial plan in this business plan is predicated on planned financial situation of organization and if company will be able to pay their own commitments. On basis of thesis results company has oportunity to better coordination of business activities and targets. Business plan is made by three chapters. The first chapter contains teoretical possibilities of making business plan. This teoretical part is after that applicated in the second chapter on chosen internet shop krmivovýhodně.cz. In the last chapter of bachelor´s theses author states summary of this thesis and asseses if the made business plan for pets food sell is real or not.
