Využití mikroorganismů při získávání kovů

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the possibility of using microorganisms to extraction of metals. The first part describes the properties of selected metals, their technical use and sources of their acquisition. The second part characterizes the microorganisms on the basis of their properties. In the following sections are presented the bioleaching technologies and applications of these techniques. The conclusion contains a brief summary of these technologies and there are also described their advantages and disadvantages.
