Automatizovaný systém pro vyčtení, analýzu a vyhodnocení naměřených dat z hladinových snímačů

Abstract

Object of this thesis is the design of procedures (algorithms) that shall detect and repair an error in measured data from level measurement accuracy tests of Continental Automotive ultrasonic oil level sensor. Secondary target of thesis is to automatize the evaluation of data from test that was done only manually. During work the following operations were done in this order. In first phase the needed information about sensors and tests, that were done and must be evaluated, were found out. Using the statistical methods, the procedures for detection and repair of an error were invented in the second and biggest phase. Detected errors are mostly systematic errors, evaluation of corrected data then covers the area of actual evaluation with some more knowledge from experts. Result of this thesis sizes up the abilities of test workplaces specially in area of controlling programs flow and it decreases the time demand on test engineers who starts the tests. The thesis is done in LabVIEW development environment in which is done the test SW used in Continental Automotive laboratories.
