Posouzení vlivu normalizačního válcování a normalizačního žíhání na vlastnosti tlustých plechů z ocelí S235 a S355

Abstract

Diploma thesis deal with a comparison of influence of normalization rolling and subsequent normalization annealing on mechanical properties and structure of thick sheets of selected grades S235 and S355 which are used to construction steel production. Material with thickness of 80 mm (subjected to normalization rolling and normalization annealing) was used to evaluate of mechanical tests. The tests were performed on three casts of the grade of S355J2+N with similar chemical composition and also on two casts of the grade of S235J2+N. There were observed parameters: yield strength, ultimate strength and value of impact strength according to the ČSN EN 10025-2. The main evaluation criterion was fulfillment of mechanical values in accordance with norm and achievement of sufficient material forming.
